We are taught from birth that love is something we "find." We are told it’s waiting for us in a person, a wedding, a career, or a compliment. We spend our lives looking at the "horizon" of our lives, waiting for Love to sail in and save us.

Finding love inside isn't just a nice-sounding platitude; it is a practical, vibrational shift.

The great irony of the Twin Flame path is that the moment you truly, deeply choose to love yourself and stop "needing" it from them, they naturally gravitate toward you.

How to Start the U-Turn Today

• The "Gap" Practice: Whenever you feel a "gap" or a longing for your Twin Flame, ask yourself: "What feeling am I hoping they will give me?" Then start giving that love to yourself.

  
  

• The Internal Gift: Take that feeling (Security? Worthiness? Passion?) and give it to the part of you that feels it's missing. Say to yourself: "I choose to give myself this [Feeling] right now. I am safe, and I am loved by me." Stay present until you feel complete.

  
  

• Stay Present: Love only exists in the present moment. The ego lives in the "someday." By loving yourself now, you anchor the vibration of Union into your current reality. Now is the only moment we have, so use it to be with yourself.
